South Waco Elementary Add’n

The roughly 20-acre site for this project is currently home to the existing South Waco ES facility and adjacent little league baseball fields, which are leased out by the district to Waco Southern Little League. The 60,000sf campus will be expanded to over 90,000sf but adding new administrative office space, an entirely new classroom wing, a new gymnasium, and repurposed space in the existing school once the new addition is completed. Campus renovations and additions will take place over the next two years with phased construction in order to keep the existing campus functioning through the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 school years.  All work is scheduled to be complete in time for the Fall 2025 school year.
