Gross Warehouse

Mazanec Construction breaks ground in May 2022 on a new 167,000-sf, concrete tilt wall single story speculative warehouse on 19 acres with 43 dock bays and a complete E.S.F.R Fire Sprinkler System. The new warehouse is in the Exchange Parkway area for ease of logistics and transportation. Completion is set for December 2022.
