Ground-up construction included a two-story dealership totaling 27,120 SF, featuring a showroom, shop/service area, offices, storage space, and other support areas, all under one roof. The completed project also featured several unique amenities, including a dog park, an air-conditioned service shop, and a lawn and patio area for customers. The exterior incorporated a combination of metal panels and stone veneer, along with storefront glazing that enhanced natural light throughout the showroom.
Douglass Nissan
Exterior upgrades to the existing Waco-area Nissan dealership located in the Legends Crossing development. The modifications include removing the existing aluminum metal panels around the entire building and installing a new waterproofing system over the plywood substrate before recovering with new aluminum metal panels and EIFS (Exterior Insulated Finish System). The new appearance around the building perimeter will tout Nissan’s new logo and color scheme that’s representative of all new or updated dealerships around the country.“
