BRIC AEROSPACE LAB

This project includes the buildout of multiple lab spaces for two different research groups, spread across two floors of the BRIC facility. On the first floor, is the build-out of an existing 2,700SF shell space for an Aerospace Engineering Lab. On the second floor, is the build-out of approximately 3,700SF of existing shell space on the second floor of the BRIC to expand the adjacent 

Materials testing lab for the Mechanical Engineering Department. Both buildouts will include minor demolition, new finishes, millwork, flooring, MEP systems, data networking, and door access control.  This project is scheduled for completion by the end of Summer 2026.
