BRIC Swing Lab

  Located on the 3rd floor of the West Central location that is currently shell space, this project includes creating a series of labs that are all similar with 1 fume hood, fixed and non-fixed casework, and building water and gases. The project would also include a small office component for researchers who outgrow their current labs, as well as a leasable space for small company startups and industry partners.
