Brazos River AUTHORITY

This project added two new ground-up facilities on the Brazos River Authority campus. The new Environmental Services Laboratory, approximately 10,000 square feet, was designed to accommodate around 80 analytical equipment testing areas. The laboratory featured enhanced HVAC systems, an open lab concept with custom bench space, enclosed task-specific laboratory rooms, and dedicated storage and support areas. In addition to the laboratory facility, a 4,000-square-foot enclosed boat storage building was also constructed on the campus.
