Brazos River AUTHORITY

This project will add two new ground-up facilities on the Brazos River Authority campus. The new Environmental Services Laboratory will be approximately 10,000 square-feet and provide space for approximately 80 analytical equipment testing areas. This laboratory will include enhanced HVAC systems, as well as an open laboratory concept with custom bench space within the laboratory, enclosed task specific laboratory rooms, and specific storage and support facilities. In addition to the laboratory facility a 4,000sf Enclosed Boat Storage building will be constructed on the campus as well.
