Project scope includes finishing out approximately 3,207 SF of BSB standard graduate student office space and “Wet Lab” space. The Wet Lab space is include fume hoods, sinks, fixed casework, open space for equipment, lab gases, and unfixed casework. The last room within this space is a “Culture Lab” that would include a sink, lab gases, fixed/unfixed casework, and open spaces for equipment.

This project involves converting an 4,200 SF existing second floor lab space into a larger lab and offices. The scope includes adding standard graduate student space and three lab spaces. The Chemical Biology Lab includes 5 fume hoods, reuse of an existing island casework and relocating other existing wood casework. The larger Biology Lab will have 1 fume hood, a sink, and unfixed casework with lab gases.

This project involves converting an existing classroom space into an office and computer lab environment. The scope includes creating a new entry into the space via an aluminum storefront framing to the Atrium, 1 small conference room, 1 small break room, and a large open space for modular furniture.
