This project includes the construction of a new building with an office area and laboratory. Site work includes: concrete and asphalt paving, sidewalks, rainwater collection system, and landscaping. Site demolition includes asbestos abatement of 3(three) small buildings, removal of buildings, removal of paving, sidewalks, and fencing.
